These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through WONDERBOO website, which is available on wonderboo.com (Website), and all sub-pages to the website. By ordering from the Website, you agree that these conditions apply between you and Wonderboo AB (556971-5922). This website is hosted by WONDERBOO, with registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. This page, together with the documents referred, tells you the terms and conditions for which WONDERBOO supplies any of the products listed on the Website and the terms for which you may use our Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using and ordering any products from our Website. By ordering any of our products you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Wonderboo reserves the right, at any time, to modify the present General Conditions of Sale by posting a new dated version on this website. By placing an order after Wonderboo has posted a new version of its General Conditions of Sale, you agree to be bound by that updated version. By placing an order through the Website you warrant and represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you are at least 18 years old.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND WONDERBOO
After placing an order you will receive an e-mail from WONDERBOO acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Placing an order only constitutes an offer to Wonderboo to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Wonderboo and are subject to availability. Acceptance of an order will be confirmed via e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the Shipping Confirmation). The contract between you and Wonderboo is formed only when Wonderboo sends you the Shipping Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation. In the event that Wonderboo is unable to determine your residential address your order will not be valid. WONDERBOO claims the right in individual cases, to refuse orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reserve, the present General Conditions of Sale.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. The Contract is valid for the period specified by the special provisions in the offer or by the Customer’s order. If the Contract is not canceled prior to the expiration of the subscription period, the Contract will continue to be in effect.
2. The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into WONDERBOO Club http://www.wonderboo.se/mypages/login or contacting Wonderboo at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone (free phone): +46 (0)77 111 00 77. For cancellation time periods, please see the respective contract forms under Paragraph 5, Contract forms.
3. WONDERBOO reserves the right to immediately terminate the Contract with the Customer:
(a) if the Customer’s delayed payment can be considered significant, or the late payment constitutes more than a minor amount of the payment, and the Customer, despite a payment reminder, does not pay the amount within a reasonable period of time, or
(b) if the Customer repeatedly or otherwise significantly breaches their obligation according to the Contract.
4. If WONDERBOO terminates a Contract with a specified subscription time, then the Customer is liable for the remaining subscription period minus any cost savings incurred by WONDERBOO

The Contract is in effect until further notice with a one-month cancellation period.
6. Pause the subscription
During one year, you can pause your subscription two times, during one month per time.
Shipping & Delivery
At the moment we ship to Sweden, the UK (England, Wales and Southern Scotland), France, Spain, Italy and Germany – but more countries will be able to order WONDERBOO dog food soon. Sign up for our newsletter and we’ll let you know when we’re available in your country!
Orders placed before 10.00 Monday-Friday are packed & shipped the same day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
Pick up at your nearest agent: [DHL] Order before 10.00 and get your package delivered to the pick-up spot of your choice in 2-3 days. You’ll get a notification that your package is ready to pick up via SMS. The notification includes your tracking number and information on where you can pick it up. Remember to bring this number and your ID. If someone else picks up your package for you, they need to show their ID as well as yours. Flat rate for all packages within Sweden 65 SEK, free shipping for all orders over 500 SEK. All shipments are available for pick-up within 2-3 weekdays after we’ve received your order.
Home delivery: [DHL] Order before 10:00 and get your delivery to your door within 2-3 days. All home deliveries are made between 08-17 Monday through Friday. You will be notified via SMS. Fixed price for all home deliveries in Sweden (where available) 99 SEK. For orders over 500 SEK home delivery is available for 49 SEK.
Home delivery: [UPS] Order before 10:00 on weekdays and get your delivery to your door within 3-4 working days. All deliveries are made between 08-17 Monday through Friday. You will be notified via email. Please note you must sign for your package. Fixed price for all home deliveries in the UK 10GBP. Free delivery for orders over 50GBP.
All payments on wonderboo.com are handled by Dibs. You can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard or AmEx. All transactions are made via Dibs secure system. No credit card information is stored by WONDERBOO.
CHANGE OF ORDER
We start to process your order as soon as you place it to make sure that you receive your package as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10.00 hrs on weekdays are packed and shipped the same day. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed. If you have any questions about an order you’ve placed, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse it cannot be cancelled. As always you have 14 days to return your order if you change your mind.
VERIFICATION OF MERCHANDISE
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify and file a claim with the carrier and inform Wonderboo within 14 days of receipt of the item/s. WONDERBOO shall in such a case provide you with identical replacement merchandise.
You have 14 days to pick up your package at the pick-up location after first being notified. If an order cannot be delivered to you or is not collected at a pick-up center, WONDERBOO charges 100 SEK for return shipping, handling and other expenses (for shipments within Sweden). Also if a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, 100 SEK return shipping will be charged. For all returned shipments from outside of Sweden, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the shipment.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as displayed on our website, except in the case of an error. Unless otherwise stated, these prices do not include delivery costs and payment fees, which will be added to the total amount due. All prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. All countries within the European Union are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. Prices are liable to change at any time at Wonderboo’s discretion, but changes will not affect any orders for which we have already sent a Shipping Confirmation. Wonderboo reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel a contract in case of writing, printing or calculation errors.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All purchases may be returned and will be refunded if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days beginning on the day after you received them.
If you decide to return the products for any reason, the products must not be used, opened or damaged in any way, and must be handled with extreme care while they are in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged, with their original packaging and as soon as reasonably possible. You must not remove or break any of the security seals or any other tags or labels.
For instructions on how to return your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, which item(s) you want to return and why you want to return them. We will get back to you with information on how to proceed.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the product(s) you have received are faulty or if you have received an incorrect item please contact email@example.com quoting your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you request a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and issue you a refund or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DISTANSHANDELSLAGEN)
Under the Swedish Distance Selling Regulations (Distanshandelslagen), you reserve the right to return an order any time within 14 business days, beginning the day after you received it. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded. To return or cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You must not remove any of the security seals or other tags/labels from the product(s). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

You must keep your password for WONDERBOO Club strictly confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone. You are fully responsible for the use of your password and any orders placed under it, even without your knowledge. If you know or suspect that someone else knows or has used your password, you should notify Wonderboo immediately. Any personal information provided by you to Wonderboo shall be treated confidentially and securely and will not be shared with any third party unless necessary under the General Conditions of Sale.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL – FORCE MAJEURE
WONDERBOO AB will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by any act, event, omission, non-happening, or accident outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) industrial action, civil commotion, war, riot, terrorist act, fire, explosion, storm, flood, any natural disaster, impossibility of use of appropriate modes of transport, technological or communication problems (Force Majeure Event). Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The photographs and texts illustrating and describing the products on this website are non-contractual and for information purposes alone. Wonderboo shall not be liable in case of errors or omissions in the photographs or texts displayed on this website. Without limiting the scope of these General Conditions of Sale, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or non-delivery of products, or otherwise, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed. In no event shall WONDERBOO be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature (even if the advent of such damage was known or could have been known by WONDERBOO), capable of arising in connection with its products, their use, sale or this website.
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by WONDERBOO AB of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by WONDERBOO AB of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
